New steam manifold portfolio for air humidification systems

Homogeneous steam distribution in ventilation systems and industrial steam systems plays a decisive role in hygiene, efficiency and controllability of humidity. Thanks to an intelligent grid dimension, in which the available connection sizes and lengths are perfectly matched to requirements, steam distribution can be flexibly adapted to the respective installation environment. The special hole structure for the steam outlet ensures that the steam is distributed evenly in the air flow and enables the planning and realisation of shorter humidification distances.

Made entirely of high-quality stainless steel, our steam manifolds are robust, corrosion-resistant and therefore also suitable for use in hygienically demanding applications. Their sophisticated design and high manufacturing quality promise a long service life and ensure virtually maintenance-free operation.

HygroMatik is changing its steam manifold portfolio from 1 January 2025. The new steam manifold lengths are even better adapted to the duct/grid dimensions. They simplify installation from the inside, are more efficient in use and enable shorter humidification distances. You will receive the current vapour distributors until the end of the year. From 2025, you will then receive the adapted and optimised portfolio. An overview of the current and future steam distributor dimensions can be found in the appendix.
